設備安全操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)：

Precautions for safe operation of equipment:

鋼(gang)筋剝肋滾絲(si)機在使(shi)用過程中應(ying)注意以下安全(quan)事項：

The following safety precautions shall be paid attention to during the use of the rib stripping and rolling machine:

1、施工人員必須進行(xing)技術培(pei)訓，經(jing)考核合格(ge)后方可持證上(shang)崗操作。

1. Construction personnel must be provided with technical training and can only work with certificate after passing the examination.

2、設(she)備電(dian)源必須有(you)漏電(dian)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置；本機必須有(you)可靠的接地操作，防(fang)止漏電(dian)傷(shang)人；設(she)備停用后(hou)應切斷設(she)備電(dian)源。

2. The power supply of the equipment must have leakage protection device; the machine must have reliable grounding operation to prevent the leakage from hurting people; the power supply of the equipment shall be cut off after the equipment is out of service.

3、滾(gun)絲(si)(si)頭滾(gun)到前(qian)限位后不停機時應(ying)立即(ji)切斷電源，不要(yao)用手去阻止滾(gun)絲(si)(si)頭轉動。

3. The power supply shall be cut off immediately when the rolling head does not stop after rolling to the front limit position. Do not use hands to prevent the rolling head from rotating.

4、滾(gun)絲(si)頭在運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)過程中手不得觸摸任何轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動部(bu)件(jian)，如：滾(gun)絲(si)頭、脹(zhang)刀觸頭等(deng)。

4. The rolling head shall not touch any rotating parts during operation, such as the rolling head, expanding knife contact, etc.

5、設備維(wei)修必(bi)須有專門人(ren)員進(jin)行，不得私(si)自進(jin)行維(wei)修，改裝(zhuang)。

5. The equipment maintenance must be carried out by special personnel, and it is not allowed to carry out maintenance or modification without permission.

6、設備(bei)在接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)源后不得用手觸(chu)摸任何帶電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)器件，以防觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)。不得讓水等具有導(dao)電(dian)(dian)能力的(de)物質(zhi)進行電(dian)(dian)器箱(xiang)。

6. After the equipment is connected to the power supply, it is not allowed to touch any live electrical parts by hand to prevent electric shock. Do not allow water and other conductive materials to carry on the electrical box.
